Reviving the Village of Kenmore, OH!Welcome to BoulevardCats.com, a website dedicated to "Revive The Village, Restore Kenmore", a campaign to encourage vital growth and progress in the community. The Village of Kenmore Clock Tower Project
The name Boulevard Cats is a nod to the era when The Village of Kenmore rapidly developed into a thriving community supported by its own doctors, lawyers, churches and businesses - the early 1900's. During these times, a "cat" was a cool, sharp dressed man who could often be seen strolling with his lady down the boulevard. Trolley cars defined The Village of Kenmore as the gateway to Akron and the Village was a bustling, sustainable community. .
"We've been in our offices for about a year now. We think that areas like Kenmore are the future in our cities for many reasons, and we're in the process of starting some pretty cool civic projects in the area, too" says Thompson, a Kenmore native and graduate of Kenmore High School. The Boulevard Cats website has undergone a complete reconstruction to be the anchor and online interactive community of the Village of Kenmore, highlighted by discussion forums, event calendars, interactive photo galleries and more. Our sister website, KenmoreOhio.com is also being re-constructed as the business directory for The Village of Kenmore. The progressive co-marketing concept, which has been supporting local business for nearly a year, allows even small business an opportunity to be a competitive online presence through the power of pooled funding.
